Residents will enjoy shared use of a variety of amenity spaces spread throughout the site. A two-level underground parking garage will provide storage for 315 bicycles, two bicycle maintenance rooms, and parking for 229 vehicles, of which 24 are for visitors and 6 accessible. Racks for 12 bicycles will be located at the lobby entry.
